Bonanza Casino is located north of Reno’s downtown area, at 4720 North Virginia Street. Bonanza Casino has only two restaurants but they serve a wide variety of dishes. Both restaurants can be booked for private meetings and events.
Cactus Creek Southwestern Steakhouse: Open from Wednesday to Sunday from 5pm to 10pm. This restaurant specializes in serving hand-selected USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) Prime Grade beef. The menu features steaks, chicken, pasta, and seafood. Main courses start at $22.
The Branding Iron: Opens daily for lunch and dinner. Featuring dishes from all over the world including American, Mexican, and Italian cuisine. The restaurant has a daily buffet with different menus. Lunch Buffet start at $8.95 and dinner buffet at $10.95. Reno Calvary Members (of Bonanza’s Loyalty program) may receive a $1 discount on any buffet.
Banquets and private parties at Bonanza Casino
Above the casino floor Bonanza has a special room for private parties and meetings. Weddings, graduations, receptions and the like can be held there. The Banquet room has a maximum capacity for 100 persons. Coordination, buffet dining and cocktail services are available for these events.
The Casino
Bonanza Casino has around 14,000 square feet of gambling area and is open 24 hours. There are only 12 table games for Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, 3 Card Poker, and Texas Hold’em.
